Delhi, Feb 9th, 2009 : Numerous noted personalities from the various fields visited the Jain Irrigation Systems Limited's stall at the international exhibition PlastIndia. The stall has been at the centre of attraction even for other industrial players.

The biggest ever pipe in the Asia, which has been produced by the Company, has been the major attraction for the visitors at the exhibition. The Big is Beautiful attraction has been the reason for the highest footfall at the stall.

The 1600 mm pipe in HDPE has been proved the biggest in the Asia continent and is produced at the Jalgaon plant of the Jain Irrigation Systems Limited. The pipe has proved big help for the water supply and the irrigation in agriculture sector. Many of the industrialists too have appreciated the utility of the pipe system and congratulated Atul Jain, Chief Marketing Officer, Jain Irrigation Company, who was present at the exhibition.

Jain Irrigation has widely established the importance of the plastic-oriented technology in agriculture. Jain Irrigation has been playing important role under the concept of Plasticulture in the field of environmental balance and has established Green House here. The demonstrations, before the guests from Delhi and from across the globe, through the models in the Green House showcased the well planned and affordable use of the plastic in the farming. Various types of vegetables and the flowers are on exhibition. The exhibition witnessed not only the executives from various companies from the industry but students from leading schools in Delhi. The visitors get to know the importance of the plastic and technology related to it in the development of the agricultural sector.

Employees from the Jain Irrigation, while welcoming the visitors at the stall, explained them about the exhibits. Irrigation experts Dr BD Jade, Dr Soman, SN Patil, Dr Bharti, and KP Khale were in-charge of the Green House while explaining about it. Senior executives and colleagues including Atul Jain, Technical Director R Swaminathan, and Marketing President of Madhya Pradesh Sanjay Bhandari, Avinash Jain, and Sunil Lodha led from the front when it came to welcoming the expert visitors at the stall. Quality and services of the Jain Irrigation products received wide recognition from the visitors. A group of nearly 70 agricultural and plastic technicians Atul Jain participated in the exhibition.
