These are made from selected varieties of Strawberry. Fully matured and ripened Strawberry are harvested, quickly transported to our IQF processing plant, inspected and washed. Selected high quality fruits go to the processing section; The selected Strawberry fruits are then washed again, inspected, sanitized, frozen and packed under strict hygienic conditions.

Packaging: Farm Fresh IQF products are available in 1, 10 kgs bag in box packing. IQF fruit products are packed food grade LDPE bags.

Quality Standards: HACCP, GMP, SPC & QA systems are applied in the manufacturing, storage & other operations. Product is approved for HALAL. The system is certified for BRC.

IQF product: It should be stored at cool & dry place below –18°C

Shelf-life: Twenty four months from the date of manufacturing when stored below –18°C.

Custom Products: Farm Fresh IQF fruit products can also be supplied as per customer’s specifications.

Preservatives: Free from any chemical preservatives.

Pesticide Residues: In conformance with WHO recommendations & EC directives.

Color Flavour & Taste:The colour, texture, flavour and taste are uniform and consistent.
